- FUNCTIONAL CONTENT
Main Role
The main purpose of the CEX & Business Intelligence Manager role is to contribute on ESTEVE’s local commercial transformation, driving operational excellence and data-driven decision-making. This position plays a key role in ensuring consistent, effective, and high-performing commercial operations, identify opportunities and optimize processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in close collaboration with cross- function team (Marketing, Medical, Sales, IT, Finance, People & Org…)
Roles
- Commercial Strategy, Performance and continuous improvement
- Analyze commercial, market, and effectiveness data to generate actionable insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate in the definition and monitoring of KPIs with sales, marketing, and medical teams.
- Develop dashboards and reports that support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in the definition of the call plan, objectives, incentives, and special plans, and in the implementation of commercial strategies.
- Identify market trends and their impact, as well as competitive intelligence.
- Participate in the development of product forecasts.
- Participate in commercial efficiency projects (territory redistribution, segmentation, etc.).

- Participate in the evaluation of business opportunities
- Navigate complex regulatory and market environments, ensuring compliance and responsiveness to policy changes and competitive shifts.

- Coordinate multichannel campaigns and digital projects, driving innovation across channels and enhancing customer experience.

- Proven track record of success in performance measurement and Commercial projects optimization.
