  1. FUNCTIONAL CONTENT

 

Main Role

 

The main purpose of the CEX & Business Intelligence Manager role is to contribute on ESTEVE’s local commercial transformation, driving operational excellence and data-driven decision-making. This position plays a key role in ensuring consistent, effective, and high-performing commercial operations, identify opportunities and optimize processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in close collaboration with cross- function team (Marketing, Medical, Sales, IT, Finance, People & Org…)

 

Roles

 

  • Commercial Strategy, Performance and continuous improvement
    • Analyze commercial, market, and effectiveness data to generate actionable insights and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate in the definition and monitoring of KPIs with sales, marketing, and medical teams.
    • Develop dashboards and reports that support strategic decision-making.
    • Participate in the definition of the call plan, objectives, incentives, and special plans, and in the implementation of commercial strategies.
    • Identify market trends and their impact, as well as competitive intelligence.
    • Participate in the development of product forecasts.
    • Participate in commercial efficiency projects (territory redistribution, segmentation, etc.).

 

  • Strategic initiatives
    • Participate in cross-functional initiatives, including digital transformation and omnichannel.
    • Participate in the evaluation of business opportunities
    • Navigate complex regulatory and market environments, ensuring compliance and responsiveness to policy changes and competitive shifts.
    • Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities and risks, leveraging analytical tools for evidence-based decision-making.
    • Coordinate multichannel campaigns and digital projects, driving innovation across channels and enhancing customer experience.

Required Studies

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Master valuable

Professional Experience

 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness, Business Intelligence, Consulting or other related functions within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of success in performance measurement and Commercial projects optimization.
