1.FUNCTIONAL CONTENT 

 

Main Role

The key objective of the Employee Experience Expert & PM is to enhance digital employee experience through strategic deployment and adoption of solutions that elevate collaboration, automation, optimization and productivity, ultimately boosting innovation.

The role is pivotal in continuously deploying and facilitating the adoption of intelligent productivity solutions across the organization, unleash creativity, boost efficiency and improve speed of business through technology and foster deep connections through employee centered experiences. Hence, it has a significant focus on developing comprehensive training initiatives to ensure effective integrations of these solutions into the work environment and push a culture of digital dexterity and collaboration aligned with our specialty pharma company’s operations and goals.

Additionally, it involves establishing governance measures to guide their consistent and impact across the organization

 

Roles

 

Solution identification, evaluation and recommendation: Identify, assess, and recommend digital enhancements or solutions to improve collaboration, automation, productivity, and analytical capabilities (generally aligned with Microsoft 365 suite).

 

Maintains currency on new technologies and platforms and provides direction on what emerging technologies should be assimilated, integrated, and introduced to ensure IT capabilities respond to business demands.

 

Strategic Deployment and solution maintenance:                                                                                                                                                                                           

- Act as the digital workplace technology project manager and business analyst.   

- Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of the corporate digital workplace architecture, as well as the roadmap for its future development aligned to business requirements.

- Work closely and collaborate with infrastructure and operations team, security and partners to drive coordination and collaboration throughout the digital work place program.

- Responsible for ensuring the agreed-upon service level by collaborating with and managing third-party contracts that support the maintenance of the solutions.

 

Training Program Definition, development, and delivery:                                                                                                                                                                       

- Design comprehensive training programs that empower employees to effectively use the new digital solutions, tailored to different skill levels and roles.

- Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars to ensure employees are proficient in using the new solutions and maximizing their benefits.

 

Communication & Adoption Campaigns: Create and lead campaigns to promote the adoption of digital tools, highlighting their benefits and encouraging active engagement among employees.

 

Feedback Collection: Regularly gather feedback from employees regarding the usability and effectiveness of digital solutions and use insights to make necessary improvements.

 

Governance Framework: Establish and maintain governance policies that outline usage guidelines, security protocols, and best practices for the adopted solutions.

 

Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance and impact of the deployed solutions, adjusting as needed to ensure optimal results.

 

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including IT,department heads, and leadership, to align digital initiatives with overall business goals. Building a partnership among key stakeholders and business leaders to ensure that digital workplace initiatives support business outcomes.

 

Change Management: Implement change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition to new digital tools, addressing potential challenges and resistance.

 

Metrics and Reporting: Define relevant KPIs to track the success of digital adoption efforts and provide regular reports to management on progress and outcomes.

 

Document Management: Ensure that documentation is in place for workplace operations teams.

JOB PROFILE

 

Required Studies

University education, engineering degree preferable with technology knowledge. MBA or similar positive valuated.

 

Other specialized knowledge

Digital transformation certification valuable

At least 3 years in a similar position

 

Languages

English is a must and German desirable.

 

Specific industry experience

5+ years’ experience working in an international environment leading workplace digitalization.

Deep knowledge on Microsoft 365 suite (SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps, Power Automate, etc.)

Experience building technology roadmaps and aligning with enterprise architecture.

Awareness of workplace analytics or digital employee experience management tools.

Experience leading technology change and deployments

 

Professional experience in information technology

5+ years of experience as business analyst and project manager with a broad range of exposure to different business areas.

At least 3 years of experience leading, managing and deploying the workplace’s strategy.

Significant experience and demonstrated success in driving innovation, process improvement, and Technology & Digital delivery.

Negotiation skills, managing stakeholders’ communication, potential risks, and deliverables

Experience managing internal resources and external contractors/vendors
