1. FUNCTIONAL CONTENT
Main Role
As a Global Senior Medical Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our dynamic Global Medical Affairs team and you will be responsible for driving your global brand oncology products, ensuring scientific integrity, evidence generation, and compliance as well as long-term success and growth throughout the product lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.Roles
Your key responsibilities will include:
Medical Strategy & Scientific Leadership
- Develop and execute global medical strategy for oncology products aligned with lifecycle objectives.
- Contribute to integrated brand planning with medical insights and evidence priorities.
- Ensure scientific positioning and narrative consistency across global and local initiatives.
Evidence Generation & Data Dissemination
- Support design and implementation of Phase IV studies, RWE projects, registries, and IIS proposals.
- Ensure timely dissemination of clinical data through publications, congress presentations, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with clinical development and HEOR teams to align evidence generation priorities.
External Engagement & Scientific Exchange
- Engage with global KOLs, scientific societies, and advocacy groups to strengthen scientific leadership.
- Organize and participate in advisory boards, symposia, and international congresses.
- Ensure compliance-driven scientific exchange and transparent communication with external stakeholders.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, local regulations, and international codes of practice.
- Monitor promotional and non-promotional activities for scientific accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute to pharmacovigilance and risk management processes as required.
Global-Local Medical Partnership
- Provide scientific guidance and training to affiliate medical teams.
- Foster structured collaboration and feedback mechanisms between global and local medical affairs.
- Monitor execution of global strategies at local level and integrate insights into planning.

3. JOB PROFILE
Qualifications and professional experience:
- Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences (MD, PhD, or PharmD preferred).
- Minimum +7 years of experience in Medical Affairs or clinical research, ideally in oncology.
- Proven track record in evidence generation and scientific communication.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and matrix environments.
- Experience with Rare Disease or highly specialized hospital product is a plus
