We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and driven Global Talent Acquisition & Culture Manager to join our dynamic HR team at the Center of Excellence Hub of Talent. This temporary role (6-8 months) offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while shaping the future of our organization.

Job Description

Global Talent Acquisition Strategy and Excellence

  • Execute global hiring strategies to attract and secure top talent, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, culture, and workforce needs.
  • Manage externalized recruitment suppliers, contacts and negotiation ensuring a more integrated and scalable model 
  • Leverage data-driven insights and innovative tools to continuously improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience

Recruitment Operations and Process Optimization

  • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring excellence in sourcing, scouting, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Continuously enhance tools, workflows, and systems to streamline recruitment processes and achieve operational efficiency.

Onboarding and Integration Programs

  • Develop and manage onboarding programs that ensure seamless integration of new hires into the company culture, values, and operational framework.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and managers to refine onboarding processes based on feedback and success metrics.

Culture Development and Engagement

  • Promote the organization’s culture by aligning talent acquisition strategies with company values, fostering a sense of belonging, and ensuring cultural alignment across teams.

Employer Branding and Market Positioning

  • Create and execute employer branding actions that showcase the organization’s culture, values, and opportunities, positioning it as an employer of choice.
  • Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and on digital talent platforms to strengthen its market presence.

Academic Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Other specialized knowledge

  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition tools, preferable Success Factors (really nice to have) 

Languages

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.

Professional experience

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar
  • Demonstrated experience in managing global recruitment processes and cultural initiatives.
