1. FUNCTIONAL CONTENT
Main Role
The Integration Innovation Manager will support the operational execution and coordination of cross-functional innovation initiatives, pipeline opportunity assessments, and performance tracking within GSM. This role is essential in driving the implementation of ESTEVE’s organic pipeline projects and transversal GSM initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and promoting a culture of operational excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
The IIM Manager will work closely with various GSM, Commercial and other functions to ensure effective project execution.
Roles
Your key responsibilities will include:
Operational Innovation & Pipeline Execution
- Support the operational rollout and execution of organic pipeline projects (e.g., new indications, geographies & reformulations, among others) from assessment to implementation.
- Maintain visibility and reporting on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Collaborate with GSM functions including GCD (Global Clinical Development), GMA (Global Medical Affairs), GRA (Global Regulatory Affairs), DS&PV (Drug safety & Pharmacovigilance), IP&B (Intellectual properties & Brands) and GSM QA (Quality Assurance), Commercial, BD and other (if appropriate) to ensure integrated execution of innovation programs.
- Assist the IIM Director and the CS&MO in the coordination and documentation of Innovation Advisory Board (IAB) related activities.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work collaboratively across GSM teams to support project alignment and execution.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Provide operational support to Program Operations Managers (POMs) in GCD.
GSM Transversal Initiatives
- Contribute to transversal GSM initiatives such as M&A integrations, affiliate creation, and platform harmonization.
- Serve as a point of contact for operational coordination within GSM.

3. JOB PROFILE
Qualifications and professional experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Good understanding of development, regulatory, medical, and commercial interfaces in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in project management, drug development, clinical operations, or innovation management is highly valued.
- Experience in Business Case preparation will be positively valued
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage operational aspects of complex projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools and performance tracking systems.
