1.FUNCTIONAL CONTENT 

 

Main Role

Lead and coordinate the assigned projects, with the corresponding core team, ensuring the achievement of the objectives with the agreed resources and timelines.

 

Roles

 

• To be responsable of the management of the projects during all its phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, closure) according to the Project Management Office procedures.

• To lead, coordinate and supervise the crossfunctional project team (Core Team).

• Have a global vision of the project to facilitate and coordinate the different activities of all the areas involved for the adequate fulfillment of the planned schedule.

• To collaborate effectively with all the project stakeholders for the appropriate development of the project and effective issue resolution.

• Participate in the continous improvement of the company procedures and the Project Management Team.

• Escalate internally when required according to company procedures when required.

• In absence of team members and Area Managers, make decisions based on immediate urgency. 

• Colaborate and align within the Commercial Operations and Strategy to achive the department objectives.

• Promotion and compliance of the procedures related to Health, Safety and Environment system, quality and GMP system, with previous training on Health, Safety and Environment, and GMP regulations.

 

 

2.ORGANIZATION CHART & JOB RELATIONSHIPS

- Line Manager: Project Management Lead. 

- Project Reporting: Core team members.

- External: Customers and Suppliers.

 

 

3.JOB PROFILE

 

Required Studies: 

PhD / Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or Industrial Engineer, preferably Organic specialty 

 

Other specialized knowledge:

Training on GMP for APIs.

Training on Health, Safety & Environment. 

Project management course.

Leadership course.

Word, Excel, Power Point, Access.

 

Languages:

Proficiency level in English.

Fluent level in Spanish and Catalan.

 

Professional Experience:

At least 2 years as a technician or project manager in the chemical-pharmaceutical sector.
