KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Italy - Field based - Centre/Northwest
Main Role
The Key Account Manager should foster long-term relationships and drive growth with key clients. Therefore, it has to increase the prescription of the company's pharmaceutical products through effective promotion and education to healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with physicians, nurses, and pharmacists.
- Present and discuss scientific and clinical information about the products to influence prescription decisions.
- Organize and conduct educational presentations and workshops.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.
- Achieve established sales objectives and contribute to business growth
- Develop and execute effective action plans.
- Understanding of sales’ data and adapting strategies accordingly.

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s in Clinical Sciences: Basic knowledge of clinical sciences that provides a better understanding of medical terminology, treatment modalities, and disease processes.
- Senior sicentific profile in pain/oncology to establish a high-profile presence whithin the industry.
- Networks/ relationships already created to speed up sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication & leadership skills.
- Italian native or proficient.
- English fluent, other languages will be a plus.
- More than 5 years experience in as a KAM in pain/oncology.
